Each year the members of the organization elect a board of directors who dedicate their time and efforts towards managing every aspect of the club's operations. In addition, the board of directors appoints representatives to each team to assist in communicating team announcements and information to the players and parents.

All members are encouraged to contact your team representative, or any board member, should you have questions or issues relating to your child's involvement with the organization. It is the policy of the board to protect your privacy regarding any communications you have with any officer of the club.
